Based On Second-generation Resident Id Card E-commerce Personal Authentication

Rapid development and popularization of the network, have facilitated economic life and the daily life of people greatly. The traditional trade way has changed thereupon too. E-commerce emerges as the times require. To ensure e-commerce go on smoothly, people have put forward various technical schemes, for example: data encryption, digital digest, digital signature, digital envelope, digital certificate, PKI, X.500 and SET etc.. These schemes ensure the privacy, dependability, integrality, resist the denying in e-commerce trade. Identity authentication, which based on these technological foundations, is core and foundation of the safe trade of e-commerce.In order to solve the personal identity authentication problem in e-commerce, this text has proposed a kind of identity authentication scheme of real name based on the second generation of resident card.Firstly, this paper analyses the safe problem that present e-commerce is faced with, and divide e-commerce safety into five layers: network service layer, encryption technical layer, safe certification layer, trade agreement layer and commercial systematic layer. Each layer relies on the service that next layer offers. Authentication layer completion will influence both parties' mutual trust directly, so, identity authentication is the most key link in e-commerce safety.Secondly, this paper analyses the current situation of personal identity in the domestic and international e-commerce in website's authentication and third party's authentication separately. And then proposes the personal identity authentication thought of real name based on the second generation of resident card.Finally, describes the authentication solution of personal identity based on the second generation of resident card in detail. Divides authentication into two parts: register and use certificate. According to the consequence that false identity brings, the identity of register and use trust grade divide into four level and each level respectively different verify way, different cost, different credit. We must weigh the relation between cost and credit, select suitable combination.
