Research On Identity Authentication Sysytem In Digital Government Affairs

The term "Identity Authentication" is not unfamiliar.It can be traced back to the ancient Roman period.Identity authentication technology is the main technical mean to protect data security and confirm the authenticity of personnel identity information.It can ensure the authenticity of users’ identity and data integrity,and reduce security risks and hidden dangers of data leakage.At present,it is applied in all fields of work and life.With the continuous development and reform of informatization,China pays more and more attention to "digital transformation".Enterprises and institutions in the field of government affairs are facing the impact of digital transformation,which puts forward higher requirements for the identity authentication system.The requirements for data security and the authenticity of personnel information are higher than those of other industries.Government advocates comprehensive autonomy and reliability,then gradually to realize comprehensive localization and get rid of dependence on foreign key core technologies.It requires strictly restrict the technology in the scope of the identity authentication system.The traditional identity authentication technology is difficult to meet new requirements.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the ways of identity authentication have been improving,and the authentication technologies and means have become diverse.In the face of different scenes,different identity authentication systems have been produced.Therefore,exploring how to build an identity authentication system that meets the security requirements in the field of government affairs and meets the ability of digital transformation is very important.This paper is carried out under this research background.Combined with the latest national security policy requirements in the field of government affairs and the trend of digital transformation,this study expounds the construction requirements of identity authentication system,and explains the relationship between digital transformation and identity authentication system.On the basis of reading related literature,the typical research subject unit A is selected as the research object,and the case study method is used to study the identity authentication system of enterprises and institutions in the field of government affairs.This study tries to put forward good ideas for improving the security ability and digital management ability in the field of national government affairs through the case study.Through the case study of unit A,we can draw the following conclusions:Firstly,enterprises and institutions in the government affairs field generally have the problems of weak digital transformation awareness and security awareness,low decision-making status of information departments in the identity authentication system,outdated business systems that cannot meet the needs of digital transformation,large security risks,and system complex data isolation,and these problems seriously affect data security and digital transformation in the government affairs field.Secondly,in the view of weak awareness and low decision-making status in the identity authentication system in the government affairs field,enterprises and institutions must strengthen the awareness of digital transformation and security on the management side in the management dimension,and improve the decision-making position of the information management department in order to fundamentally solve the security problems;thirdly,the problems of poor digital capabilities and outdated systems in the government field can be solved by building the technical route of the identity authentication system,defining the boundary of the identity authentication system construction,and building the identity authentication system framework.Moreover,improving the functional module of the identity authentication system to optimize its own identity authentication system,combining digitization with cryptographic algorithms,strengthening security also can be applied to meet digital needs.Fourthly,enterprises and institutions in the field of government affairs also need to strengthen the construction of talent teams by introducing professional talents and talent training.Through the above improving measurements,the identity authentication system can ensure data security and improve digital services,thereby improving security capabilities and digital management capabilities.
