The Use Of Modern Project Management In The Introduction Of The Automobile Engine Technology

In recent years, the output of the Chinese automobile has gone through a jump development process,the output exceeded 3 ,000,000 in 2002 and the output reached 4,300,000 in 2003. With the fast development of the auto industry, the competition between enterprises is fierce day by day too, how to achieve and survive and develop among the environment is the most heavy problem that must be considered and solved urgently for each a piece of enterprises .Today ,Big transnational automobile enterprises on the whole world have been entering in China one after another ,our national auto industry, especially auto industry of our national camps are facing more enormous challenge because of their financing abilities are insufficient , the foundations are bad , the technicals of managing are weak , especially they have not formed the production lot of the scale yet.Exactly based on the crisis awareness, the Great Wall auto motor Co, Ltd decided to develop advanced automobile product and engine product and spent a huge sum of money to cooperate with some high-level design companies in the world utilizing the opportunity of the stock listing of the company .In main purpose, should not merely study and introduce the advanced technology of design and development and manufacturing ,also should study and absorb advanced experience of management in development .Then we' 11 cultivate and improve our independently abilities in development and promote the management level of the company through all usable resources both at home and abroad ,such as technological resources, knowledge resources, manage resources. We'll do our best to occupy a tiny space in Chinese growing vigorously and the China of keen competing automobile markets.The author is participating in and implementing the work of introducing the project cf engine of automobile of company at present and attempt to put forwardsome thoughts and methods in our project management proceeding from angle of the project management. And hope to offer help for the work of technology import of company.This text is divided into three parts. The first part is a analysis to the SWOT of our automobile enterprise and explain its strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats in our engine technology import project. The second part is the review for engine technology import project in our country over the past 20 years and summarize experience. The third part is the description about the application of modern project management in our country's technology import of engine ,and introduce five processes and nine knowledge fields.
