Speaking of an enterprise, strengthens to the management of sales force, enhances the promotion personnel's quality, fully arousing the enthusiasm of the promotion personnel have the extreme significance and function to enhance the marketing performance of an enterprise and guarantee the survival and development of an enterprise. However, problems still exist in the management practice of sales force in some enterprise such as strict controls excess, unreasonable working standard, low managing level, misevaluation over work, lack of communication, no working status, the unfair treatment, lack of trust to management, lack of working approval, unreasonable salary system, ability's mismatching the using, sense of insecurity, the fuzzy promotion policy, the indifference of the good and the bad, the unreasonable regional design, unreasonable quota and so on , which cause the despondency of the sales force ,and the .influence the enterprise's management achievement.This article revolves the subject of the manage pattern to sales force of the enterprise. Unifies using the theory and the practice, the synthesis and induction and the bold innovation. First, it elaborates the necessity of the topic research; then, in the foundation of present situation of marketing force management of the Petroleum Economy Development general corporation of Tarim, utilizing the general management pattern for theoretical instruction, and unifying the actual situation of the Petroleum Economy Development general corporation of Tarim, the research proposes " the person, righteousness and advantage three-in-one combination" management pattern for the company marketing force (namely humanist ,benefit actuation ,and righteousness principle's helping advantage),and separately carries on a more detailed and thorough analysis and research on the three subsystems of the person ,righteousness and advantage three-in-one combination" management pattern, and then ,it obtains the corresponding achievement.
