On the basis of a comprehensive review of Market-internalization, it was pointed that knowledge management is very useful tool to reduce the split of knowledge in the internal market, to promote the share and innovation of knowledge .to ensure the form of core competence.With the application of knowledge management in the market-internalization of enterprises, this paper discuss the definition of main body and its role; exchange object (integrate of different kinds knowledge); cooperate mechanism include price system and opened external information; appraisal system include internal profit, internal satisfaction and knowledge share ; incentive system in the internal market.With the analysis of SBU (Strategic Business Unit) in Hair, there are lots of advantage in cooperate mechanism of internal exchange and internal profit (income statement), but the main body of internal market are divided by product index, not internal or external market demands. There are very few appraisal index about internal information and knowledge share .
