This dissertation deals with the significance of the research of contract management and unit commitment in the context of electricity market, constructs a comparatively whole theoretical system of contract management and presents a new model of unit commitment and selective constraints as well as the practical algorithm. The main research results of this dissertation are as follows:1. In the power generation market, the long-term contact is the common choice of power generation company and transaction center to pursue benefits and avoid risks. This dissertation, in reference of the means of resource allocation in economic activities, categorizes the manners of contract formation into three kinds, namely, appointment manner, negotiation manner and sealed auction manner. In accordance with the manners of contract negotiation to determine the transaction scale and variable transaction price, this dissertation applies the concept of Bayes Equilibrium of non-cooperative Game Theory for the first time, including "unsophisticated" and "sophisticated" models, discusses the rational conditions of contract price formation and lays an important foundation for the transaction, supervision and management of contract. 2. This dissertation makes an in-depth discussion of the pattern of the process management of contract and evaluates the pattern of the process management in the aspects of the holistic coordination of the electricity market mechanism, the system and principle of contract management and the reflection of equity. Taking pattern A as the background, this dissertation establishes the standard mathematical model and the practical mathematical model of contract partition. And the models are verified by practical calculation examples.3. In the operation of electricity market, to manage the contract effectively, lay a foundation for the automation of contract settlement and ensure the excellent performance of the Power Market Operation System, this dissertation, for the first time, puts forward the digital contract model, presents the formalized expressions of digital contract and establishes the standard algorithm of digital contract. And explorations are performed concerning the computing implementation techniques of digital contract in the levels of database operation and settlement operation. To conform to the practical spot conditions, this dissertation presents the concept of Selective Constraint in the model of unit commitment for the first time. And, in accordance with the three new constraints of units group output, coupling of unit mode and times of daily unit adjustment, this dissertation presents heuristic methods respectively and greatly improves the pragmatism degree of unit commitment model. The effective exploration of the selective constraints of unit commitment is contingent on the techniques of knowledge acquisition. In addition, this dissertation presents the mixed expert-oriented manner of knowledge acquisition that suits the characteristics of electricity market and, in combination with the concrete examples of engineering practice,4. depicts the technique characteristics of knowledge acquisition in the formation process of the constraint of "times of daily unit adjustment".5. In the presence of long-term contract, the contents of unit commitment will be more complex. This dissertation, for the first time, presents the problem of unit commitment in the context of the contract transaction pattern, establishes a model of unit commitment in the context of contract pattern with equity as the objective and constructs the heuristic solution strategy of the model. And the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by practical calculation examples. The significance of this problem lies in two aspects: on one hand, this pattern exists in a large number; on the other hand, the research of this problem will facilitate the in-depth study of unit commitment in the context of the mixed "contract &spots transaction" pattern.6. This dissertation conducts an exploration...
