Since the development of china,exhibition industry had achieved quickly development.With china's entering WTO and marketization of domestic economy ,the development of exhibition industry attract more and more people's attention. The study of it springs up.As a window of economy development, exhibition industry can reflect the development of other industries,extend products and new technology,it is necessary part of economy.At the same time,privately managed exhibition companies take very important place in market and attract people's attention because of their characters and advantages.So it will be meaningful to study privately managed exhibition companies's healthy and sustained development.This essay combines theory and practice, from the marketing point of view,to set forth the concepts ,characters and uses of exhibition industry and compare domestic and foreign exhibition industry and analyze the problems of privately managed exhibition companies.Moreover,this essay use SWOT and 4P 4C theory to demonstrate privately managed exhibition companies should catch market opportunity and set accurate market location—firstly does the work,then does the work steady and strong after recognizing the advantages and disadvantages of themselves.
