W the development of computer and network technology the ever developed technology not only brings enterprises the technology advantages, new products and core competition, but also by-product products that we do not like to face, which do a lot of troubles to enterprises.Digital anti-counterfeit technology can give every product that enterprises make a only digital ID. With the ID, consumer can phone or email to the company to check the product is true or fake. The things the consumers to do are to phone to the company to find the ID, name, producer, address and even the user's manual.This paper researches on the technology market, and financial status, also make the plan for the digital anti-counterfeit technology. The main contributes the paper makes are:1. There are 3 stages for digital anti-counterfeit technology to develop, and each stage has its feature which we should plan according to.2. Detailed describing the market status, industry development, according to which the paper make a feasible marketing plan.3. Delicate making a financial plan. Using some mode, the paper calculates the net value of the project.The paper also uses economic and financial ways to evaluation the system. Each sides of the project are considered to establish the bases of the project.
