Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Digital Urban Management In YQ City

In recent years,with the increasingly updated information technology and rapid urban development,the content of urban management is becoming more and more complex,and more and more issues need to be addressed.Facing the intricate contradictions and emerging problems of urban management,it is difficult to fully adapt to the concepts,mechanisms,laws,policies,and methods of urban management that have worked well in the past.How to change from traditional urban management methods to modern new urban management models has become an important issue to promote the scientific,harmonious and sustainable development of cities.As a new mode of urban management,digital urban management has caused profound changes in urban management.It combines urban management with modern information science and technology organically,forms an efficient and rapid coordination mechanism,improves the execution of urban management,realizes the standard requirements of meticulous,diversified,centralized and flexible urban management,and becomes a modern urban management mode that really adapts to the new situation,meets new requirements,applies new technologies and endows new ideas.However,from the actual operation,many problems seriously restrict the full play of the role of digital urban management system,and also seriously affect the better and faster development of urban management.takes the digital urban management in Yueqing as an example,and comprehensively uses methods such as literature research,case analysis,and field investigation.Taking the digital urban management of Yueqing as an example,this paper studies the status quo,related concepts and theories of digital urban management at home and abroad by using the methods of literature research,case analysis and field investigation,and analyses the operation status of digital urban management of Yueqing and finds out that there are some problems in the digital urban management of Yueqing,such as lack of high-level coordination agencies,relatively backward construction of software and hardware,insufficient staff,and no boundaries of management responsibilities and powers.Qing Dynasty,imperfect incentive mechanism of assessment and evaluation,low participation of citizens and other issues.By analyzing the causes of the problems and drawing on the excellent experience of other cities in China in carrying out digital urban management work,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the digital urban management work in Yueqing,such as perfecting the organizational structure,perfecting the construction of digital urban management system,building professional management team,integrating and utilizing various resources,establishing and perfecting the evaluation and incentive system,and guiding the masses to participate extensively,so as to solve the problem of digital urban management in Yueqing.Problems existing in the process of promoting urban management and improving the efficiency of urban management.At the same time,it plays a certain guiding and reference role in the construction and operation of digital urban management in other cities in China.
