After LI CHANG PING's last book of four years ago , three agricultures' problem caused the concern of whole societies . In any case , three agricultures' problem are much more than the problem of the villages and farmers , but overall problem that relates to the modern progress of our country . For this, the government looks at it as the work of heavy medium of heavy , the theories educational circles also surrounds the discussion of it with vehemence . The way of thinking of this thesis is under the big background .This thesis aims to analysis the so-called three agricultures' problem at present in our country , definite three agricultures' problem , announce the reason of it. And then put forward that the settlement is toreform the economic system of agriculture . Close behind, this text carries on the analysis of the reason of the problem , and points out the basic reason lying on the lacking of the peasant's economic right that is just the current agriculture economic system . So changing the agriculture economic system is the way out of three agricultures' problem .Chapter 3 analyzed the being and the blemish of collectively all make . By looking back the cooperation sport history in 1950's , the thesis points out the collectively all make is the mutation of cooperation system .
