Wto And The Transformation Of The Judicial Review

After accession to WTO, the judicial review system in China will change. The primary focus of this thesis is on the relationship between the legal system of WTO and the changing of judicial review in China. Five parts are included in this thesis as the following: First, beginning with the essential problems of judicial review , this part analyses the judicial review system in United Kingdom and in the United States. Moreover, this part compares judicial review system with the system of administrative action in China. Second, After introducing some views on the general relationship between WTO and judicial review, this part extracts out the same points of them and put forward my view on this problem. Third, in order to exactly interpret the relationship between WTO and judicial review, this part analyses the development of the Dispute Settlement Mechanism of WTO and points out the relationship between the DSM of WTO and judicial review in China. Forth, Chinese judicial review system of anti-dumping was not perfect. This part provides some advice to perfect the judicial review system in China. The end of this thesis is the conclusion in brief.
