An Active Role And Problems Of The Overseas Chinese Investment On The Mainland

During the time of my studies in Beijing I, being a foreign student from Armenia, could gain a first hand experience of the great achievements obtained since the Economics reforms and the Opening up policy.This thesis mainly deals with the issue concerning the investments of overseas Chinese in the Chinese Mainland by; setting forth the economical significance and the historical place of the overseas Chinese; discussing the effect of the investments done by overseas Chinese as well as Chinese from XiangGang, Taiwan and Macao; discoursing upon the domino effect between the direct investments made by Overseas Chinese and the economic growth, analyzing it from the point of view of gross investment, investment structure, economic growth and technological progress. These problems are also apparent in Armenia. For overcoming these problems, this thesis putting forward the pounding of strengthen the law protection.The author believes that the tag of this thesis is of great importance. Armenia belongs to developing countries, from the economic point of view it seems as if Armenia is a corner forgotten by the world, further more it encounters all-round blockade. Therefore, the investments made by Armenian Diaspora are very important, and that's why this thesis also analyzed the problems and salvations of establishing a good investment environment in Armenia.
