Content:The private enterprises play an important role in Chinese economy as themain force, . However, after a short-term rapid development, most of them are involved indevelopmental dilemma without the key competition.Based on the current development of corporate cultures , this article analyses thecertainty from the aspects of the external environments, internal problems of enterprises'existance and put forward essential terms to successfully construct cultures throughanalysising problems existing in culture construction.The successful transforms of private corporate cultures, are to innovate enterprises'self-awareness at the inception, which offers them the new sense of importance andnecessity on constructing corporate cultures , avoiding mistakes. Secondly, implementingactivities in expansing, educating and publicizing of corporate cultures is to create theatmosphere of the good culture construction , let all the staffs realize corporate cultures,be aware of the necessity of culture construction and arouse their partaking enthusiasm.Thirdly, set good examples of excellent enterprisers and models and encourage staffs toparticipating in development and construction.
