Within The Family Of Female Violent Crime, Social Perspective And The Prevention And Control Concept,

Women's violence crime has risen quickly in recent years. This kind of crime is always cruel and abominable and it also cause serious social problems, so it is essential to research and analyze this kind of crime, hoping to find a effective way to prevent and control it. This paper takes women's violence crime as a researching point and put forward the research in law sociology area. Based on the research and questionnaire, it analyzes the present situation, reason and the control method of women's crimal. The first section of this paper introduces the purpose and the researching way and analyzes the related words mentioned in this paper. The second section describes the phenomenon and characteristic of the women crimal who were put into Nanjing Women's prison. This paper analyzes the present situation and original cause of women's violence crime in family from the view of sociology of crime, physiologic of crime and psychology of crime. The third section put forward some preliminary ideas on how to prevent and control women's violence crime. At last, this paper also figure out the restriction and research trend in the future, hoping to have partial view on woman's violence crime in family through women's violence crime. It also hopes to attract the educational circles of the crime and the society to pay more attention to women's violence crime and to reduce this kind of crime to a minimum level.
