This thesis is an analysis and research on legal issues of transactions of property right of enterprise. The thesis sets out from a series of concepts related to transactions of property right of enterprise. Through the in-depth analysis of the issues faced in the transactions of property right of enterprise, it puts forward some suggestions on the issue that how to solve the problems and perfect the trade market of property right of our country. In view of transactions of property right of enterprise being a quite complicated system, it is very difficult to describe all questions in limited space, so this thesis chooses several questions to research.The thesis can be divided into five parts:Part one reviews the general theory of transactions of enterprise's property right. Through the textual criticism of the concept of property right, it expounds the fact that it is possible and necessary that we look on "property right" as a legal concept, and summarizes the legal character of property right. Then this part analyses the functions of the transactions of property right around it's concept in order to describe the important function of the transactions of property right in our country.Part two is about the trade market of enterprise's property right. Because the issues put forward in the thesis are mostly related to the trade market of enterprise's property right, this part is separated to describe from part one. At first, some have been summarized briefly on the production and development course of trade market of property right; then through the analysis about the contrast of tangible market and invisible market, the view is proposed that we should strengthen the construction of tangible market.Part three is about the legal issue of appraisal of property right. Asset appraisal is the basic work of transactions of enterprise's property right. It's result determines the price of transactions of property right, so authenticity and objectivity of the result concerns the success or failure of transactions directly. This part starts with the relation between appraisal of property right and transactions of enterprise's property right, analyses the issue of appraisal'sindustry management and legal liability, and brings some suggestions on how to solve these problems.Part four is research of the integration of trade market of enterprise's property right. Regulation disunion of the transactions of property right and trade market cutting apart in our country need badly being solved. This part introduces the current situation of decentralized operation of the trade market of enterprise's property right, analyses the necessity of integration of trade market, and puts forward the view how to structure this unitized market.Part five is about the issue of trade market supervision of enterprise's property right. The trade market supervision of property right should be one aspect of integration of trade market. Because of importance and relative independent of market supervision, it is separated alone to discuss. At first, this part analyses the background and feasibility of structuring the market supervision system, compares three kinds of modes of market supervision, chooses one mode which meets the development of trade market of property right of our country, and reviews how to structure this mode.
