On The Economic Welfare Litigation

This article discusses theoretical and practical problems about economic action for the public good, its concept and nature. By analyzing several typical forms of economic action for the public good in the world and defects of economic law in our country in the independent and actionable aspects, this article considers the legal basis of existence of economic action for the public good in view of relations between positive and procedure laws. The jurisprudence about the economic action for the public good also concerned in the point of view of right of action theory. Through analyzing the present condition in our country author tries to conceive a preliminary system of economic action for the public good considering its necessity and feasibility.
