On The Perfection Of Management Mechanism Of China's Urban Law And Order

Innovation of theories which is based upon practice is always in the front of social development and reform. In this thesis, deeply analyzed the problems which are existing in nowadays urban admimstration of public security, fully drawn lessons and absorbed from the thoughts and practical experiences of Chinese ancient administration of public security, generally referenced overseas beneficial samples on the administration of public security, the author advanced a main project for developing Chinese urban administration system of public security. According to the author, first of all. we need to renew ideas, perfect laws and regulations, divide the practical measures in every detail, and then establish the scientific and correct theory on the urban administration of public security. Eventually we could make up an urban administration system of public security which is more practical and doable to our national conditions. In the author's project the police could take the useful measures in the process of the urban administration of public security, keep all kinds of riots under control, and lead the floating people move in the order, and then set up a better administration pattern and legislation system on the administration of public security. The aim of the project is to solve the problems and overcome the difficulties which our cities are facing on the administration of public security by the root. Finally we could create an orderly and peaceful society to support the economic development.
