Ping An's Life Insurance Sales Training System Build

After joining WTO, accompanied with the bigger opening degree of insurance market and the foreign insurance companies getting into China successively, domestic insurance companies will be faced with more intense international competitive environment and training agents become the vital task. With the customers' demand increasing, the agent's natural talent must be improved. Based on the present situation and future demand of agents in insurance companies, the training departments of insurance companies should build perfect training system, plan effective and systematic training course.Ping An Insurance company of China is the first insurance joint-stock company. It is also the first one which has the foreign shares. Since it was open in 1988 as a local insurance company, it has miraculously developed into the second biggest national insurance company in China. The case of this article is the Ping An life insurance company. In terms of human resources , based on the enterprise's staffs training theory and training construction theory, this article analysis the training system situation of the Ping An life insurance company . The author finds that the training system of Ping An can be summarized as five major systems, organizing system , course system , lecturer system , system of supporting and operating system. The training system has the obvious advantage and the major problem is how to develop quickly. By controlling the cadences of business developing and solving the internal problems during steadily developing will Ping An has a bright future. During the analysis process, the author finds out some shortcomings and systematically brings forward some corresponding countermeasures .It also can provide the basis for Ping An life insurance company and the other domestic life insurance companies to develop training system.
