Natural Person Bankruptcy System In China

The thesis discusses natural person bankruptcy law system in China.It's divided in to discuss this problem for four-part cent totally. The first part summarize the Natural Person Bankruptcy Law system .The second part contains it's historical development, it's value and it's importance for economic development of China.It is suitable and necessary to set up natural person bankrupty law system in our courty nowday . The third part is a focal point.Through adequate study ,the author compares and learns successful legislation experience from other countries and give some suggestion about establishing the Natural Person Bankruptcy Law system in China .In the forth part ,the author disscusses some problems about the institutions that the natural person bankruptcy law system need when implementing.
