On Usufructuary

The author's opinion is that, the real right of our country legislates can draw lessons from the foreign usufruct theory, solve it under the publicly-owned system, set up the obstacle of real right with normal private law. On the basis that more foreign usufruct legislates, structure the usufruct system of our country. The usufruct system of our country should reflect our country's conditions, as well as is in line with international standards.
