Criminal Certification System

The attestation of criminal procedure is this kind of activity in which the judges check and judge the evidence that is obtained or accumulated by the accused and the prosecutor themselves, quoted and made counterview through court cognizance, then, identify the evidence competence and efficiency during the process of criminal trial. In 1996, our country revised criminal procedure law, and had a thorough reform on criminal procedure system, absorbing rational factors of strengthening the burden of proof from the accused and the prosecutor. But criminal evidence system in our country, especially the attestation of criminal procedure, is not perfect. A lot of deficiencies exist. Therefore, it is urgent that we should establish a complete set of the attestation of criminal procedure .to meet the needs of our judiciary reform.The dissertation can be divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the categories, the characteristics and the trends of foreign criminal procedure system are explored. The combination of giving priority to legal attestation and free attestation represents the developing trend of attestation system of different countries in the world.In Chapter Two it is about the analysis of the attestation of criminal procedure on the level of legislation.In the third chapter, the situations about the attestation of criminal procedure are introduced during judiciary practice.The value system of criminal procedure is discussed in chapter Four.
