On Invalid Marriage System

The invalid marriage regulation is an importance part of getting-married-system, and benefit to the citizen and his son and daughter ,and urge to establish legal marriage relationship. Invalid marriage system is added to the newly revised edition of "Marriage Law", and filled up the blank of the mainland law-legislation. Although a great step forward in the marriage legislation in China, it has made big progress during the process of marriage legal construction .In this paper we summarize the definition and history evolution of the invalid marriage system. And review the application of the invalid marriage system .Through the comparison our country's invalid marriage system with Hong Kong ,Macao and Taiwan's marriage system ,we analyze the advantage and disadvantage of our system ,Finally we put forward consummating suggestions for our country's invalid marriage system on the basis of referring foreign advanced legislation experiences .
