Defective Marriage Law System Research

In 2001,Law of Marriage and Family clarified the flawed marriage legislation. The forming of the legal system of flawed marriage is a milestone in the history of the marriage and family legislation. But a lot of weak points exist,including legal causes,legal procedures and legal consequences. The article has four parts. The first part of the article mainly introduces the history of the flawed marriage, including the concept of flawed marriage and the flawed marriage system. The second part of the article mainly introduces the detailed contents of flawed marriage from three angles including legal causes,legal procedures and legal consequences in china. The third part of the article mainly compares the Chinese flawed marriage with the flawed marriage lawmaking mode of some nations and regions, the basis of that, analyzes the shortcomings of our flawed marriage system. The last part of the article gives legislative proposals, based upon the shortcomings of our flawed marriage system, and hopes the suggestions to help the further development of the flawed marriage system of our country.
