In the study, the writer discusses how to establish a modern healthy organizational compensation management system for Chinese state-owned enterprises and form a forward stimulating mechanism, which offer some good mirror for the present state-owned reform. The article formulates basic theories, allocation doctrines and main allocation forms of modern compensation system, and analyses problems in the state-owned enterprises. Among the payment-design projects, the writer discusses salary point system and stock options and offers correlative examples to clarify components, calculating and check methods. And as well, forward stimulating system is a basis and components of the article.
