Salary management is an important part of human resources management.The rationality of salary management and the scientific design of salary system make impact on the survival and development of a unit.At the same time,as an important indicator of the unit,salary management is directly related to whether the unit can introduce top-quality talents,retain top-quality talents,and establish a stable talent team.This is the basis and way to promote the unit continue the benign development.Law firm is a typical subject of knowledge economy,lawyers in the law firm are undoubtedly become the first productive force in the development of law firms,which play a greater role in the survival and development of law firms than the ordinary employees of enterprises.With the speedy development of our country's legal service market in recent decades,fundamental changes have taken place in both the organizational form of the legal service subject,the membership structure of the legal service subject and the legal service market itself.The salary management of law firms has also played a more and more important role,because salary not only needs to consider the whole group of practicing lawyers,but also other assistants.The salary design will determine the professional development of lawyers in law firms,and at the same time affect the development of law firms themselves.Good and effective salary design of law firms is issued by law firms under the current system.The key element in the exhibition is also the core competitiveness of the future.Taking Z Law Firm as study object,this paper investigates the actual situation of Z Law Firm,analyses the existing problems of Z Law Firm's salary system,expounds the necessity of the reconstruction of salary system,puts forward the idea of the reconstruction of salary system based on the theories of salary management and incentive,and formulates the process of the design of salary system.And according to the actual situation of Z Law Firm,the salary structure based on security orientation includes basic salary,seniority salary,allowance salary,welfare salary and non-economic security salary.The salary structure based on Incentive orientation includes performance salary,team salary,reward salary and dividend,thus forming a salary system based on Incentive and protection,serving the needs for the development of Z Law Firm,and this salary system has certain reference significance for other small and medium-sized law firms,and contributes to the lawyer industry.
