Transnational Capitalist Class In The Global Political Economy

As everyone knows, globalization becomes one of the important characteristics of global political economy in the 21st century at present, the problem of global governance caused by it in the whole world seems urgent day by day. With the constant quickening of globalization and the emerging of global questions, carrying on feasible governance on the global aspect becomes an essential world task, many kinds of agents including national states have their influences on global political economy in common ,which is the trend that economic order is improved to give play in controlling in the whole global political economy now.Like Neo-realism and Neo-libral institutionalism-- western traditional mainstream of international relations theory , they base their reseach on state-centric analysis in various degrees.As to this , we should break through or surmount the constraint of the traditional international relations theory , realize the transition on epistemology and ontology, adopt the new theories and angles . This thesis will analyse transnational capitalist's stratum in the whole global political economy and offers deep thinking to it in various degree theoretically.I will analyse the transnational capitalist's stratum on the basis of criticizing doctrine of national centre, utilizing analysis frame of trying to delineate out the theory of transnational capitalist's stratum on the basis of existing theory in the hope of reorientating the transnational capitalist's stratum in global political economy . By the look of ontology, it is only the social forces from the practitioner in global political economy - the angle of Transnational stratum to analyse the whole world , and there were their real meanings in the theory. Capitalist's stratum occupies the status of arranging in the fields of domestic and international economy , politics and culture etc., so I only analyse the transnational capitalist's stratum under the capitalist historical system conscientiously, which can reflect the overall picture of the political economy in the world trully and in an all-round way ,which can combine and surmount existing traditional international relations theory and in turn can annotate global political change of economy better finally.The key of understanding of construction process in global political economic order liesin realizing the various contradictorykinds of strength and dialectical relation of process between each other . The construction of global political economic order is propelled by the transnationalization of the leading production , finance respect and trans-corporation, country dominated by transnational capitalist stratum again. Meanwhile, globalization expedites the emergence of new social forces and movement form too. Transnational NGO , new information and communication technology have already brought on a global civil society, which produces the strength exerting a influence on avoiding the negative effects of the transnational capitalist's stratum in the global system c.This thesis mainly concern the forming , development and function of the transnational capitalist's stratum under the global capitalist historical system, and strengthen the study on transnational capitalist's stratum under globalization , which will deepen and enrich the already existing theory of transnational capitalist's stratum further. Moreover the critical and reflective analysis from the angle of the global capitalist world system will contribute to reexamining scholar's theoretical research on the transnational capitalist's stratum of international relations theory again.
