The Evolution Of CPC's Views On Global Order

In this article,the global order refers to a series of international arrangements and operating mechanisms formed on the basis of a certain world pattern.The view of global order refers to the perceptions and views of actors in the international community.And the view of global order by the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s is the conceptual guidance for foreign decision-making,including the CPC's judgment on the positioning of international roles,basic judgment on the theme of the times,understanding of the international system and international pattern,and attitudes towards building a global order.The study of changes of the CPC 's global order view has conductive meanings,including to clarify the history and logic of the change,to enrich and expand the connotation and extension of the global order view in the new period,to find out the path of maintaining and building the international order,and to tell a good Chinese story in the international arena.The author tried to draw up three core concepts as basic factors for analyzing the changes of global order view,including international identity,international interaction,and the party's guiding ideology of diplomacy.According to the variables,the history of the development of the view on global order of CPC can be divided into three historical periods.Based on the literature research and analysis,it is distinct to explore the different characteristics of the three stages according to the independent three variables.By all the discussion above we can work out that the developing of the CPC's view on international order has its own regular to follow.First,changes in the party's guiding ideology construct the essence of views of global order.Secondly,the practice of international interaction is the source and destination of the changes of the view.Third,the change of the view is premised on changes in the positioning of international identity.Nowadays,the CPC's view on global order is facing great opportunities.First,Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought provides scientific political guidance for the construction.Second,the development of globalization and multipolarization has created opportunities for China to develop new international interactions.Third,the international community has generally put more demands on China's international identity to assume more international responsibilities.However,based on the complexity of the international situation,it will encounter many challenges.First,in the process of implementing the guiding ideology,there will be old ideas hindering.The dissociation and lag between ideology and practice also exist.Second,China has long had structural conflicts with many countries in the world,especially between the United States.Friction and competition between this two countries will last for a long time.Thirdly,more and more countries require China to change its position as a developing country,and even assume international responsibilities beyond its own strength.The author intends to make some innovation for the area,thus sets three angles for the analysis of the literature—international identity,international interaction,and the party's guiding ideology of diplomacy—as key factors affecting the change of the CPC 's view on global order.These factors not only serve as the standard for analyzing the evolution,but also serve as the main content of the evolution.At the same time,they have become the core dimensions for analyzing the changing regulars and future predictions of the global order of CPC.As an evolutionary historical concept,the view on global order has changed within and between these three historical periods,characterized by the changes of international identities,international interactions and the party's diplomatic guiding ideology,thus constituted an systematic framework to measure the evolution.The interaction and development between the three factors also formed the regularity of change.It is expected that this innovation may provide useful ideas for the analysis of changes in the views of order.
