Along with the thorough reform of stated owned enterprises, her labor relations in China have been becoming more and more complex. The model of labor relations is transforming from an administrational form into a market-oriented model since the differentiation of social interests. The marketing of labor relations exposes that the parties to labor relations as independent economic actors will realize their own economic interests through coordination. Henan Communication Corporation as stated owned enterprise, its labor relations is being placed in a kind of continuously change and become more and more complicated, the labor-capital disputes present the rising tendency. Under current conditions, there are very important theoretical and practical values to enterprises' development and social stability to discuss and study the labor relations.The paper analyzes the characteristics of labor relations in enterprises on the basis of theories related to labor relations. Subsequently, it used as the theories basis and analysis foundation on the whole study. The author points out the problems of labor relations and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions with Henan Communication Corporation as the concrete target of study.Along with the development of the market revolution .The labor relation of Henan Communication Corporation has occurring a series of alterations, and appearing complexity and instability. Under the traditional planned economy system , the impact of labor institution is also exist. People have not accepted the labor contract conception completely. The reform of enterprise is not up to standard and the status of laborers is treated differently, which make labor relations not up to standard. All kinds of labor disputes and conflicts exist on the different degree unavoidably and objectively.With the present problems of labor relations of Henan Communication Corporation, the article finally puts forward the relevant counter measures and suggestions, and points out that we should make the labor relations standardized from the full-scale implementation of the laws and regulations of it; we should make our own behavior standardized according to the market regulation in the range of laws, which can enhance the stability of labor relations; we should completely recognize the importance of the three-party consultation system to enhance the coordination of labor relation; we should build an equal and good labor relations , take laborers into labor union organization, defend their legal rights and interests and encourage their enthusiasm; The reformationenterprises should shake off the planned economy labor relations, laborers should shift their status from original system and establish new labor relations at last. At the same time, the author considers that, with the process of the enterprise operation and management, we should build enterprise culture on the basis of harmony labor relations, the development from status to contract can stimulate the perfection of the labor relations; We should carry out enterprise social responsibility standard SA8000 to improve labor condition, defend laborers' rights and interests, increase the international competition capacity of enterprises, thus, we can realize the harmony intergrowth between enterprises and the beneficiary, and accelerate the healthy development of enterprises.
