Defense Technological Innovation Society Preliminary Establishment

The innovation of national defense technology used to be considered in view of a certain military research institutes or enterprises and carried out in microscopic fields. In contrast, the present thesis approaches the innovation of defense technology from the perspective of social construction.The thesis first defines the concepts of the innovation of defense technology and explores the new characteristics of the current innovation of defense technology based on the brief analysis of the present social situation. Then it inherits critically the theory of social constructivism and attempts to seek an intersection between the social constructivism and the innovation of defense technology. The ideas and approaches of sociology, management and systematology and other sciences are employed to address the problem of defense technology innovation in the light of social construction. The author probes into the social environment, social adjustment, social realization of the innovation. That is, the thesis, based on the analysis of social environment, illustrates the ways of adjustment and realization in the society to organize and guide the innovation of defense technology. Finally, the thesis puts forward some suggestions to solve the current problems in the innovation practice of national defense technology.
