Dengxiaoping's theory about the Chinese Communist Party's ideological routine that the Party should open mind and think about things on their own rules is the succession of Maozedong's theory that people should think about things on their own rules and enlighten Jiangzemin's theory of keeping up with the time and Hujintao's theory of tracking the rule and putting it into practice. It's of great importance in the development of the Party's ideological routine. This article uses the theories of Marxism Philosophy ,Politics, Idea History to make a systematic study on Dengxiaoping's theory about Chinese Communist Party's ideological routine and its development in comparation means. The article argues the background of Dengxiaoping's theory about the Chinese Communist Party's ideological routine that the Party should open mind and think about things on their own rules and puts an emphasis on explaining the main content an the historical position of the ideological routine. In addition, the article also argues the new development of the Chinese Communist Party's ideological routine since 1990.The article reveals that Chinese Communist Party's ideological routine was born from Maozedong's idea, founded in Dengxiaoping's theory and developed in the significant idea.of "three represence". From "people should think about things on their own rules" to "people should open their minds and think about things on their own rules", to "people should open their minds, think about things on their own rules and keep up with the time", and to "people should track the rule and put it into practice", there is a clue from the beginning to the end.
