On The Reform Of The Russian Court

Since the Soviet Union disintegrated, a sequence of regeneration has taken in Russia Federal, as well the court reform. The court filled the role of jurisdiction executor in the judicial system. Based on historical and current circumstance, the paper announced the former Soviet Union's court system and current Russian court constitution, analyzed the obstacles on the way of its development, revealed the value orientation of court reform, and probed the further enlightenment to our new era.
