Our Corporation Registration Reform

Nowadays in china, Business License of Enterprise Legal Person means qualifications of an enterprise legal person and the official permission to run a business as well. These two qualifications are registered by the administrative departments for industry and commerce in a single procedure. It's called "single system" of the enterprise registering in this article. As proved in this article, it was established naturally under the planning economy system without scientific analyzing and reasoning. Through analyzing the mistakes of the "single system" both in theory and practice, this article concluded that this system binding the two qualifications which has different characteristics caused the biggest problem in judicature activities and administration activities concerning the Chinese enterprises. In the end, the essay stresses that we should abrogate the "single system", and establish two systems registering the qualifications of an enterprise legal person and the qualifications to run a business respectively.
