Chinese Prison Criminals For Human Rights Studies

This thesis is a study on prisoner's human rights in China. The paper is divided into three parts. The preface puts forward the problem to the prisoner's human rights,states the situation on the study on perisoner's human rights. The study on prisoner's human rights in Chinese prison is significant. At the same time ,the methods to study is also give . Part one studies on the basic problem in theory ,such as the concept, characteristics,origin and content. They are all analyied systematically. Part two studies the situation of the human rights of criminal and the problems in Chinese prisons . Part three studies the measure that we should take. The end is the conclusion. In this paper ,1 wish to express some my own view ,for example, comenting on the states about the concept of pisoner's human rights,the cause on the mending Prison Law. I give some advice on amending Prison Law, the prison and the enterprise seprate and strengen the effiency for the People's Procuratorates legal supervision.
