Market Regulation Law The Main Economic Capacity

Legal capacity is just something tiny of legal subject system. But it indicates deeply the attitude of law to imparity. Civil Law does not admit the imparity, but Economic Law does it. We can add strength to influential essentials of semantic expression such as age, mental based on civil capacity so that Economic Law does its work.The dissertation has two parts. The first part (chapter Ⅰ) is construction of general theory of economic capacity. Economic Law should correct disadvantage of strength. The essential approach is system of economic capacity. Analysis of Law and Economics shows that the system of economic capacity is provided with implemental value. The second one includes three chapters. Chapter Ⅱ discusses the coming into being, development, and location of anti-monopolization structuralism. Chapter Ⅲ discusses regulation of standard terms. Chapter IV discusses system of majority groups and vulnerable ones. The three chapters validate the appliance of the system of economic capacity.
