The Working class and the Propertied class , as the two basic class of England, have the basic opposition in their benefits. How to harmonize their beneficial relationship would affect the social stability and nation's long quiet and peaceful of England. The collective bargaining mechanism, acting as lubricant in alleviating the contradiction and harmonizing beneficial relationship between the labor and capital . played an important role in stipulating for the policy outline for all the former England government's. The New Labor Party, now leaded by the Prime minister of Tony Blair, make a well timed adjustment of this mechanism based on English history convention and nowadays reality . This thesis mainly analysis the corresponding contents carry out by The New Labor Party from three aspects list below:(1) The reference mode of the New Labor Party's collective bargaining mechanism. Differed from the conventional Labor Party and the Conservative Party leaded by Margaret Thatcher , the policy which the New Labor Party put into practice critically inherited from the Old Left-winger and at the same time absorbed the beneficial elements of the New Right-winger. The adjustments on collective bargaining which carried out by the Old Left-winger and the New Right-winger provide a reference mode and historical experience for the New Labor Party to carry out their farther adjustment. Because of this, a primary comparative analysis on the adjustment carried out by the Old Left-winger and the New Right-winger is made before the analysis of the New Labor Party's adjustment on collective bargaining in this thesis.(2) The cause and contents of the adjustment on collective bargaining made by the New Labor Party.
