Based on the discuss of history,content of harmonious society's idea, the author put forward several opinions on the construction of socialist harmonious society. In author's opinion the idea of harmonious society is an great notion put forward by communist party of china in the course of promoting the china's society's development. But to lead to the society to harmony, we should establish scientist development doctrine based on the understand of nature science regularity and social science regularity. The emphasis of constructing socialist harmonious society is: (一) harmonize the interests of relation between several stratum and aspects and build reasonable interests pattern. (二) safeguard the social just and impartial . advocating the constitution's spirit is the premise of constructing socialist harmonious society. Constructing socialist harmonious society need the safeguard of constitution, and the key of harmonious society is constitutionalism's construction: 1.
