On The Law Of Virtual Property Protection

Along with the network and the network games' rapid development, the virtual property dispute unceasingly occurred in recent years and the virtual property problem aroused society's widespread interest gradually, the problem of virtual property's legal protection elevated temperature gradually in the legal science also. This article takes this problem as the research object and conducts the research and the exploration about virtual property's concept, attribute and protection in the foundation of other ones' theory achievements. This article altogether is divided into five chapters:Chapter I Introduction: Virtual property's definitionAs the foundation of this article, this chapter defines virtual property's concept, characteristic and attribute. Firstly, this chapter takes a reach of the origin of virtual property's concept. Then, through analyzing virtual property's language source, this chapter compares virtual property's generalized concept to its narrow concept and obtains the conclusion that the generalized concept conforms to its meaning and the society better. At the same time, this chapter pointes out the representation of virtual property in the network game and clears the object which this article studies. Then, this chapter makes a research to virtual property's five characteristics separately. To define virtual property's attribute, this article adopts the gait method, first limits its property attribute, and then limits its type ownership specifically.
