| It has brought forward new demand for the thought and the method of investigation because of the technology nature and network space characteristic of Cybercrime. Though there is plenty of research on Cybercrime at home and abroad, they remain with the fields of the Science of Criminal Law and the Criminology as well as the Science of Evidence Law. The research at the view of investigation is little, which always aggrandizes the problems and the negative influence of Cybercrime but shrinks the description of the investigation through and the use of investigation measure. The correlation writings are also about the single computer technology method as the primary content of Cybercrime investigation, but the intervention time and the implement guideline of the traditional investigation are not mentioned. This causes that the investigator is unable to obtain the effective and theoretic instruction through the process of the Cybercrime investigation, which may affect the use of existing investigation measure and the exertion of the effect, weakening the confidence to conquer Cybercrime. In this situation, the author tries to carry on the systemic and embedded research to the related problems of Cybercrime at the view of investigation.This thesis is divided into 3 parts excluding introduction and epilogue.The first part is the inspection of Cybercrime. It induces the characteristic of Cybercrime at the view of the Science of Investigation on the basis of inspection and affords the background and the foundation to the investigation practice.
