Eduard Bernstein (1850-1932) is the famous the theorist and the practical activity expert of Germany Socialist Democracy in the International Socialism and Communism movement. The life course of Bernstein is particular and complicated, the theory of thoughts and the activities of Bernstein were plotted into three periods: Radical Democrat (1850-1880), Marxian (1880-1895), Revisionist (1895-1932). In the whole life of Bernstein, the period of 1850-1880 was the important and illustrious phase. So the theory of the thoughts and the activities, the changes in the antilogy of Bernstein were investigated in detail, on the basis of the historical materialism and the dialectical materialism, to make the impersonal and right judge to Bernstein in the years of 1880-1895.There are two parts of Preface and Text in this article.In the preface, the theory of ideology and the activity of Bernstein were introduced briefly, and the study conditions of the academy to the theory of ideology and the activity of Bernstein in the period from 1880 to 1895. In addition, the meaning of the selected topic, the method of the investigation and the contents of the text were narrated.There are four parts in the text:In the first part, the revolution activity of Bernstein was discussed. In the period of 1880—1895, with the development of the capitalism economy, the expands of the proletariat, the rising of the labour movement, the Marxism, which surmounted various bourgeoisie and petty bourgeoisie ideology system formed in the labour movement, was spread much more. The first groups of social labor party came into existence in every country, and the international socialism were developed prevalently in word and deed. What's more, the center of the international socialism transferred from France to Germany. The socialism democratic party of Germany, which was the center of the other countries'parties, led the labors to go along showing the utmost fortitude battle, and achieved the outstanding accomplishment.
