The author points out at the beginning of the article that the concerns about the group of CSWs(commercial sex workers) don't have to involve the simple moral judgrment, and it's nessecery to treat them as a high risk group of infecting venereal disease and AIDS.The focus of the study is how to reduce the probability of venereal disease and AIDS infection amoung the CSWs (commercial sex workers). In order to answer the question, the author did a trial research on the oraginazation of CSWs in Y county, Sichuan province. The article explores the organizations of CSWs and the culture resources which can be used to prevent them against the venereal disease and AIDS infection throught anthropological perspective. On the basis of field work in Y county, Sichuan, the author analyses the characteristic of the mobility and their "career" of the CSWs in that area.At last, the aurthor makes some suggestions about prevention and control of the infecting venereal disease and AIDS for CSWs, according to the result of the study.
