Study Of Law System's Truss In Chinese HIV/AIDS Prevention

In recent years, along with the crisis of AIDS is increasingly deepen, more and more people have realized that to prevent and cure AIDS is not the job for medical and health areas only, it also needs the help from every department of the government as to corporate each other in order to carry out the prevention and to cure AIDS as well.In fact, at the moment, we already have the technologies to prevent spreading of AIDS in a large-scale. However, there are some obstructions come from non-technology side, for eg government's attitude, people's morality and etc. These areas are where the policies or legislations should be aware of, to concentrate on and to try to solve. Among those things, the sections in legislations and policies about to protect the group of people who affected by ADIS are essential. In China, the government's awareness of AIDS crisis has lead the whole society getting more conscious about AIDS crisis and people do realize that to let the legislation to play the role to manage the matter of AIDS is vital. In this paper ,I use the model in system innovation. And I adopt some research methods for eg theory study, criterion study and demonstration study.At the same time, I adopt the demonstration study and induction method of social medicine as the main research method because the research area is width. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the laws in HIV/AIDS prevention in present. The study results represent :1)laws problems in AIDS prevention.2)laws problems in discrimination. 3)laws problems in rights and obligations.At last, this paper give the lawmaking advice.
