Study Of Water Rights Trading System

Water resource has ecological and economic functions and values. Whether it can be utilized sustainable is the precondition of the sustainable development of the society. The water resource of our country is very deficient, which has already become the important factor of restricting social and economic sustainable development of our country.The contradiction between the water supply and the demand is increasing with the economic development in our country. It is the most important thing to use the water effectively and to realize the continual development.The successful experience of some country have demonstrated trade of water rights can resolve the problem mentioned above.But China is still in the elementary development of trade of water rights .In this area,there are many problems to be resolved.I research in this field in order to put forward instructional suggestions on these problems.Based on the previous study,the gist of this article is to systemically demonstrate the basic theory question of the trade of water rights,put forward my suggestions on how to introduce the tradable water rights according to the situation of our country,through adopting the study method of comparison,demonstration and system,referring to foreign successful experience.Taking the structure into consideration,the article is divided into 4 chapters,excluding introduction and conclusion.The topic of Chapter Ⅰ is "Water Rights" .It is a hot talk to give a clear definition on water right.
