In recent years, more and more events with very negative effects have been brought about by a hepatitis B, which have caused a lot of social issues, such as committing suicide, crimes and so on. And there is great concerns on such an issue around the academic circle.In fact, the issue of Hepatitis B is breaking away from the infectious disease itself and being evolved toward social affairs and social issue. Therefore, it's necessary to concern and interpret this issue from a sociological point of view, In addition, help and interference should be given in the field of the social work. However, the related research is still in the start stage so far.This research adopts the comprehensive angle of view of the social psychology, sociology, social work to conduct an integrated research and discussion on those youth group suffering from Hepatitis B. The Study starts from the definition and evaluation of the physical, psychological and social behavior problem, and develops from the three sections of adversity, exclusion, and empowerment.
