User Rights In The Network Information Service Study

We have entered the information society since we entered the 21 century. Information has became a resource which is as much important as power. To provide multi-function social information service is the gate for the survival and development of our information service department. The internet users could get much more knowledge, information and better service with the spread of internet. The internet information service has changed a lot compared with the traditional service. In the cyber space, when the users share the advantages of getting information, they get negative effects as well. The offence of the users' right has aroused the suspicious of the security of internet. It brought a great loss to the users and imposed a restrain to the development of internet. Such like, whether a user has the right to know the truth of internet information; the development of internet is a big threaten to the users' privacy; with the development of electronic commercial has emerged the offence of rights of shopping on internet. The study of trying to analyze and solve the questions of internet businesses has become the major subject of researchers. This thesis has compared the traditional information service with the internet information service. Also analyzed the offences of users' right which has happened in the internet information service. Draw references from the laws of other countries, the paper also analyzed the protect measurements for users.
