The popularization and application of internet bring about much expediency to the life. At the same time ,it also give us lots of problems. The most observable problem is the protection of private right . compared with the traditional the right to privacy ,the right to privacy of internet has more new characters and it can be infringed on in diversification of forms .it expound great challenge about the right to privacy of internet .for this reason ,every nation in the world utilizes the law ,system and relevant prescript to precept, this article expounds the characters and the forms of infringement of the right to privacy of internet, it also introduces and analyses the pattern of protection to internet privacy in the main countries, by drawing lessons from theories and practice of foreign countries and combining with current situation in our country, bring out my suggestion.
