Cross-strait Civil And Commercial Judicial Assistance

Cross-strait civil and commercial judicial assistance as a result of political factors as well as the lack of mutual negotiation and communication is basically fragmentary and unilateral. This situation can not accommodate to the practical needs of judicial contact and cooperation between the two sides, and even hinder the co-prosperity of cross-strait economy. This thesis plans to give some preliminary discussions on the civil and commercial judicial assistance between the mainland and Taiwan district.This article starts with the introduction of the status quo and characteristics on civil and commercial judicial assistance, and studies the basic principles and models of the civil and commercial judicial assistance between the mainland China and Taiwan district. Finally I brought forward a number of recommendations on how to build the specific system of civil and con imercial judicial assistance between the two sides, and made my pygmy effort to perfect the system.The article is made up of three parts: Foreword, text and Conclusion.
