The present research emphasizes on applying imagery training to military sports for the soldiers of Chinese People's Armed Police Force (APF). Focused on the items on horizontal and parallel bars training of one logistics lochus of APF, The research examined the effect of the imagery training on the soldiers' performances with a design of multi-treatment and removed treatment groups including the one of imagery-prompting, of imagery only, of prompting and of removed treatment group. In accordance with the theories of imagery training, the research put forth three hypotheses: 1) the performances of the soldiers trained in imagery would be better than those untrained, 2) the performances after training are better than those before, and 3) although trained in imagery in the same degree, the senior soldiers' performances are better than the juniors' . All of the hypotheses above have been confirmed with the meaning that imagery training facilitates physical sports loading hazards and some details have been deeply discussed in the present article.
