Evolution Of Lenin's Ideas Of The Construction Of Socialist Democracy And The Core Content

After the victory of October Revolution, Lenin acted out the Commune type democratic ideal at once, attempted to establish a government of multiple parties, endowed people with extensive democratic rights, accepted people to take part in national management and economic work directly, persevered with democracy in the party, and led Soviets into constructing socialistic democracy under extremely comprehensive and difficult conditions. In the 1918---1921 civil war period, Lenin elaborated the essence of democracy and capitalist democracy in the controversy with Kautsky, pointed out that Soviet socialistic democracy was an advanced type of democracy, insisted on accepting people to take part in national management in the hard international and domestic situation , intensified the supervision by people to the party and state power, put national self-decision and national autonomy into practice, and made great efforts to develop democracy in the party.
