Administrative Decision-making And The Rule Of Law Study

Administrative decision-making is the core sector of administration. It plays an important role in the activities of government management. With the development of human society, the diversification and complexity of political, economical and social issues that the government needs to solve, administrative decision-making issues are paid more and more attention in the society.Nowadays, at the background of ruling the country by law and building a socialist country ruled by law, the legalization of administrative decision-making has become an important issue which can not be overlooked.It is undeniable that the construction of administrative decision-making is still relatively weak, So far, however, in a sense, it is still a concept of administration study, and discussions on it are just limited to the researching field of administration study. The construction and establishment of the mechanism of legalization of administrative decision-making is not yet perfect, and administrative decision-making lacks democratic, scientific characteristics . Therefore, it is very significant both in theory and in practice to have an analysis of administrative decision-making in the sense of the administrative law.My thesis has 40000-odd words and can be divided into four characters; it centers round the issue of legalization of administrative decision-making from the perspective of administrative law.Character One discusses the basic principles of administrative decision-making. It is the first step to understand things by analysis of the concept. So first of all, it discriminates the concept of administrative decision-making. On the basis of analyzing it, it refers to the concept of administrative decision-making and then has a systematic analysis of its definition, characteristics and forms of expression. It also focuses on the decision-making in the sense of administration and administrative law. Secondly, it has an analysis of the value of legalization of administrative decision-making. It argues the foundation of the value of legalization of administrative decision-making - the pursuit of the value of democracy, science and legalization of administrative decision-making -justice and efficiency.
