Npc Deputies Identify Paradox System

The identity paradox of NPC deputy is produced when a government official as NPC deputy integrates the executive power and supervisory power. This article starts with the legal sources of law of the legal identity system of NPC deputies, analyzes the necessary and sufficient conditions for the formation of identity paradox of NPC deputy by means of comparison with the legal identity system of members of parliament as well as the study of the legal phenomena of the practical politics; and puts forward suggestions for the perfection of the legal identity system of NPC deputies.The article falls into four parts:I.
